Seven Up Bottling Company Plc is one of Nigeria’s leading soft drinks company.

Seven Up is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager.

Directly Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary:

  • Effect repairs and regular maintenance of offices, depots and other company’s properties.
  • Ensure maintenance of expatriates’ houses

Specific Duites & Responsibilities:

  • Identify appliances needing repairs
  • Effect repairs of appliances
  • Conduct regular checks on appliances
  • Effect renovation/beautification activities in the Head Office, identified plants and staff residences as per budget
  • Prepare Performance Appraisal reports for those first line personnel who report direct
  • Construction Jobs as identified by management
  • Fabrication of advertisement tools (billboards & signboards)
  • Payment of all utility bills
  • Set-up outdoor ceremonial/promotional events.

Key Performance Objective & Indicators

Objective: Ensure office/domestic appliances are in good working order

Indicators:

  • Number of appliances that breakdown
  • Cost of repairing appliances
  • Completion time of repairs

Work Guides & References

  • Maintenance manual
  • Discussion of objectives with the COO

Job Specifications

Minimum Education:

  • B.Sc./HND in Estate Management
  • Membership of NIESV or related professional bodies

Minimum Experience: 5 years working experience in estate administration or related field.
